This organization has been established in Singapore utilizing the knowledge and expertise of the NDT Professionals who have more than 25 years of expertise in this field in various sectors and also possess more than 10 years of proficiency in running certification schemes.

The CSQP (Certification Scheme for Quality Professional) scheme for NDT is a trust worthy, reliable and cost- effective NDT Personnel Qualification and Certification. CSQP scheme complies the requirement of BS EN ISO 9712:2012 and BS EN ISO 17024:2012. CSQP welding certification operates three levels (Visual Welding Inspector, Welding Inspector & Senior Welding Inspector) meeting ISO 17367 as appropriate. AQC also delivers recognized auditor certification (9001, 14001, 45001, 17025, 17024, 17020 schemes)
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is defined as testing & evaluation of materials and components without damaging the functionality or usefulness. NDT is used from raw material stage to final product realization stage and also in the service of the product after installation. It is used immensely at all phases of plant or equipment construction and for monitoring the integrity during operation and maintenance.
NDT plays a pivotal part in ensuring Safety and Reliability by promoting cost effective operation, with significant benefits to the community. The Asian Quality Council is an accredited Independent Certifying Body, complying with the European standard ISO/IEC 17024:2012 (Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons), and offering a trust worthy, reliable and cost-effective method in conformance with NDT personnel qualification and certification standard EN ISO 9712:2012 (Non-destructive Testing. Qualification and certification of NDT personnel).
The Organization is also accredited to assess and certify QMS (Quality Management Systems) in compliance with the international standard BS EN ISO 9000:2015 series.
This Organization’s Certification services are promoted under the CSQP Scheme, which has really an established process for certification of competence of personnel in the NDT, Welding and Quality. This certification will set the highest standards in conformity assessment and certification. This Certification is an Independent or third-party certification where in the personnel are required to undergo the structured process of training and examinations set by professional examiners authorized by the AQC which has total control over the certification process. his CSQP scheme also offers a system whereby qualification of NDT personnel can be carried out in accordance with European and International standards by an Authorised Qualifying Body or AQB. An AQB is defined as:
"A body, independent of any single predominant interest, authorised by the Independent Certifying Body to prepare and administer examinations to qualify NDT personnel."
